Helo team,

Hope you are doing well.

We need to urgently migrate from one tenant to another, but some questions arise along the way about the REMAP process, for example:

  1. Will this migration affect the client's environment?
  2. Will their configurations remain the same, or will they be modified?
  3. What will happen to the emails? Since all their emails end with bloominbrands.com.br, should they create all the emails with the new company name before performing this migration?
  4. What other risks could we encounter along the way?
