Hi Lindsay Pendleton,
Thank you for raising your concern in this community. I apologize for the inconvenience you have experienced with accessing your account and the difficulty in getting the support you need. Based on your description, you are not able to access your account.
To better understand and investigate your issue, could you please confirm the following details:

- May I know if you tried the following:
- If you are using Microsoft365 Work/school you can contact Microsoft support from the following phone numbers - Global Customer Service phone numbers - Microsoft Support but if you are an end-user, you might need to ask your organization's Microsoft 365 Global Administrator to first check this issue from their end and contact support if needed. Per the standard procedure, Microsoft 365 Global Admins in your organization may need to contact the Office 365 support team on the backend through an open service request to diagnose this particular scenario with more technical resources. For this standard procedure, the following is the official documentation that Global Admins refer to: Get support - Microsoft 365 admin | Microsoft Learn (Online option).
If your organization's Office 365 Business, Business, or Education subscriptions are managed by a federated partner or reseller and the global admin is unable to open a service request, they may need to reach out to the reseller's support provider for help. Once the service request is created, the Office 365 support team will get involved.
- I also suggest that you get some screenshots or recording of your screen in PowerPoint while reproducing the issue and share with me via private message to avoid exposing your information to the public and this will help me to get a clear picture of the situation, pinpointing the cause of the problem and offer a tailored solution.
