Hi

I'm getting the following message when trying to add my domain to .onmicrosoft.com.
I only have a have a onmicrosoft.com domain ***085.onmicrosoft.com*** and not
***123.onmicrosoft.com. I only have an account regarding ***085.onmicrosoft.com.
So where do I go form here?

Regards
Peter

We have confirmed that you own *** domain removed for privacy reason ***, but we cannot add it to your account
because the domain is already registered to another Microsoft 365 organization:
*** domain removed for privacy reason ***.

Log on to the administration center as an administrator for the organization in
question and remove the domain *** domain removed for privacy reason ***. Try resetting the admin password
if you can't log in. You should be able to add the domain *** domain removed for privacy reason *** here
after you have taken this step.

    Dear Peter Aars,

Good day! Thank you for posting to Microsoft Community.

I understand that you're encountering an issue because the domain ****ekta.dk is already registered to another Microsoft 365 organization named ****ekta123.onmicrosoft.com. It looks like the domain ****ekta.dk is already associated with another Microsoft 365 organization. Therefore, if you don't have access to ****ekta123.onmicrosoft.com the organization, you query need to be checked from back-end side. So that, since we are belong to Microsoft forum support, we have limited resource and privilege to check ownership of the domain. Therefore, I sincerely recommend you contact our dedicated online channel support team via your current Microsoft 365 admin center page. since they have more resource and privilege than we do have, they can help verify ownership and potentially release the domain. so that, to create a support ticket with our dedicated online channel support, you can refer to Get support - Microsoft 365 admin | Microsoft Learn. We believe they will give you accurate and efficient solution/information for your concern.

Thank you for your precious time and kind understanding. For other concerns, please do not hesitate to add your post in the Microsoft Community Team.

Stay safe and healthy. Have a nice day!

    Sincerely,

    Libeamlak | Microsoft Community Moderator
