Issue with Microsoft 365 Migration Batch – Missing Service Key & Unclear

Hello,

We are attempting to create a migration batch using the automated Google Workspace migration setup in Microsoft 365. The setup process indicates that everything is successful, but it does not generate or download the required service key (.json) file.

To work around this, we manually granted the necessary permissions, including disabling the "Disable service account key creation" setting. We then generated a new service key and provided it during the migration batch setup. However, when we proceed to the next step, we only receive an "X" error with no additional message or details.

Has anyone encountered this issue before? Is there a way to troubleshoot or obtain more information about the error?
Any guidance would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks!
