Microsoft Authenticator - Not Syncing

Hello

I got my iphone, little I knew I will be in big trouble. I had Microsoft Auhenticator backed up. On the new iphone, Authenticator app exists but seems the backup did not sync hence I cannot logon to Facebook etc, as I had set to MFA.

Please assist.
