Visual Studio 2019 Command Prompt restart computer

When you run the code in VS, a console opens and the computer restarts. I also found out that running the Developer Command Prompt for VS 2019 also restarts the computer. help me please

    You can try to create a new project to detect whether the problem will occur.
    You can also use the devenv.exe /SafeMode and /ResetSettings commands to start Visual Studio.
