Hello Everyone,

I’m currently working on a Power Automate flow where I need to dynamically merge multiple PDF documents and store the final file in SharePoint. I’d ideally like to use Microsoft Syntex’s Merge PDF feature for this, but I’ve noticed there’s no dedicated Power Automate connector for it.

Is there any known workaround or method—such as APIs or indirect integration—that allows triggering Syntex’s Merge PDF within a flow? Or is the feature limited to manual use via SharePoint/OneDrive?

Hi Meghana Reddy Beemireddy

Thanks for reaching out to Microsoft Q&A forum support

Based on your description, I understand that you are investigating the approach to Merge PDF in Power Automate or and store the final file in SharePoint or any known workaround or method such as APIs or indirect integration that allows triggering Syntex’s Merge PDF within a flow.

Due to the Power Automate does not fully supported on this platform and as a forum moderator, I have certain limitations in my access environment, which may prevent me from having all the resources needed to thoroughly test and provide a definitive answer in this situation. However, I’ve conducted some research and testing in my capabilities, and the following information may be helpful to you:

As far as I know, currently, Microsoft Syntex's Merge PDF feature is currently only available through the SharePoint or OneDrive UI. There is no official API or Power Automate connector to programmatically trigger this operation in a flow, however, there are some workaround methods you can try to approach:

Option 1: Merge and split PDFs using flow in Power Automate

You can read the instruction here: Merge And Split PDFs

Option 2: Merge PDF files in SharePoint using an Azure Function

You can read the instruction here: Merge PDF files in SharePoint using an Azure Function

Additionally, if the two options mentioned above do not fully meet your requirements and you need a more definitive or technically accurate solution, I recommend raising this question on the Find Answers | Microsoft Power Platform Community. This community includes many experienced Power Automate users who can offer diverse perspectives and potentially more precise guidance for your scenario.

I understand that being redirected to another platform may be inconvenient, but given the current limitations, this appears to be the most effective next step I can suggest beyond the workarounds already discussed.

Thank you for understanding
