- Are your peers using the same network or device type as you when trying to access the form?
- Have you checked the sharing settings of the Microsoft Form to ensure it is accessible to everyone who needs it?
- Have you experienced comparable issues with alternative QR codes?
If the form was moved, deleted, or the link changed, the QR code might be outdated. Recreate the QR code from the current form link if needed.
