Check Age restrictions:
- Sign in to Microsoft Family Safety > Select your son’s account > Content Restrictions.
- Make sure You can play games rated up to is set appropriately: For ages 10 and up or higher, since Minecraft is rated E10+ for some versions
- Turn off Block inappropriate games If the problems still persist, you can contact Xbox Support for further support. On Home page look for Contact Us:
- Then input this information and click Next:
- Then you can choose the first option to connect with a live chat agent:
