    Usually, you need to fill in the corresponding payment method when subscribing to Microsoft products. You can also update the displayed payment method information or directly add or change a new payment method according to your needs.

    You can refer to the information in the following link to help you confirm and check whether you can update your credit card information:

    For Microsoft 365 (Business or Home Accounts):

    If you have problems or are worried that the operation will not be successful, in order to further view the details of your subscription and payment method to help you update and modify it, we also recommend that you try to contact chat support to help you view the query and modify the information.

    It requires verification of your Microsoft account email address/bank card, so it's a one-on-one communication window, and the open nature of the current community makes it inappropriate to handle this type of issue publicly. Below are some steps to contact chat support:

    1.Visit this website: Contact - Microsoft Support

    2.Type in your problems in the search box there.

    3.Now click Get help and Select Contact Support below.

    4.Go to the Products and services tab, and choose either Microsoft 365 and Office category or Other Products

    5.On the Category tab, choose Manage My Subscription or other alternatives.

    6.Go to Confirm.Image

    7.You can now choose the option of Chat with a support agent on your web browser.

    Note: The Chat support team only works at certain times, so if the last window says you are not available, try to open it again the next day. If you prefer phone support, you can leave a phone number. That way, they can call you and help you.
