I have two separate accounts one personal and the other for business using the same email address. I’m needing to cancel the personal and only have the business account but some how the business account didn’t sync correctly as I’m not getting any of my emails and I’m not able to send emails. I set the business email up through WIX for my website. How can I get bell to correct this issue?

I am so frustrated with Microsoft right. As much money as this company makes nobody can talk to a live person to figure stuff out they are struggling with. Ridiculous. I need help after renewing my subscription for a year getting it to work. Im referring to Microsoft 365. If you seriously have no way to speak to a human being who can explain things to people like me, I think your product should be banned. This is a joke

    Dear Martica Sherman
Thank you for contacting the Microsoft Q&A forum.
We understand how inconvenient and frustrating it can be when email services are not functioning as expected, and we appreciate the opportunity to assist you in resolving this matter.

Based on our analysis, the issue may be related to an incorrect DNS configuration. When business email is set up through WIX, it is essential that the DNS records are properly configured to ensure successful email delivery. Please review and confirm the following settings:

    • MX Record: Points to *.mail.protection.outlook.com
    • SPF Record: v=spf1 include:spf.protection.outlook.com -all
    • DKIM & DMARC: Enable and configure these within the Microsoft 365 Admin Center

To proceed, kindly verify your DNS settings in WIX by navigating to Domain Settings and reviewing the above records. If possible, please provide a screenshot of your DNS configuration to help us better understand the issue and offer an accurate solution.

If you prefer not to share this information publicly, we can continue the discussion privately through a secure message to collect the necessary details.

Thank you for your cooperation. We look forward to assisting you further and resolving this matter promptly.
