Hello

Please i need your help on this issue.

When responding to an email requiring that I approve a change order for software I received the following (attached) error message and was unable to send the email.

I went to your help center and attempted to add a certificate in Outlook (desktop) and still couldn't fix it.

I attempted to follow instructions to configure the exchange admin center and did not understand instructions. Can you help?

    Hi @IBN

Thanks for reaching out to the Microsoft Q&A forum.

Based on your description, I understand you're encountering the error message:  "Invalid Certificate: Microsoft Outlook cannot sign or encrypt message because there are no certificates."

To better understand your situation and assist you effectively, may I confirm whether you've tried the steps I outlined earlier, as illustrated in the image below?
