    Hi @Azeem,

Good day! Thank you for reaching out to the Microsoft Q&A forum and sharing the details of your issue.

Regarding the information you shared, submitted or unsubmitted not showing is because this list only appears after at least one person submits their update. Sending a reminder just re-delivers the card but doesn’t populate the summary. Once someone responds, you’ll see the Submitted and Not submitted filters in the Review section of the Updates app. If you still don’t see it after responses come in, try clearing the Teams cache or check in the web app to rule out a client issue.

Additionally, editing and disabling show for others is because when you post an update in a Team channel, the Team itself is considered an owner. This means Team owners (and sometimes members) inherit permissions to manage the request, even if you set “Who can manage this request?” to just your account. This is expected behavior and cannot be changed at the tenant level.

If you want only you to restrict management to yourself (and any co-managers you choose) to manage the request, create the update in a private chat or group chat instead of a Team channel. In that case, only the people listed under “Who can manage this request?” will have edit or disable rights.

If your organization requires posting in a channel, please note that Team owners will always have management rights by design.

In some cases, clear Cache can help resolve the issue, kindly follow:

    • In the search box, type Settings, then select the Settings app from the results.
    • Go to Apps > Installed apps, and enter Microsoft Teams in the search box.
    • Find the New Microsoft Teams app in the results, click the More options button (...) on the right, and choose Advanced options.
    • Scroll to the Reset section and click Reset.
    • Restart Microsoft Teams.

For more details, you can refer to Microsoft’s official article here: Managing the Updates app - Microsoft Support

If the above guidance does not resolve the issue, please provide:

    • Whether the request was created in a channel or private chat.

    • Confirmation if any members have submitted updates but the status list remains blank.

    • Teams client type/version (Desktop, Web, Mobile).

With this information we can determine whether the behavior is expected by design or other issues. Really appreciate your patience while we troubleshoot this together.
