I'm having trouble logging in my other emails on outlook

    To better understand and investigate your issue, could you please help confirm the following details: 

    • What is the exact error message or code you are seeing? 
    • What type of email accounts are you trying to add (e.g., Gmail, Yahoo, work/school accounts)? 

    These details will help us narrow down the issue and provide more targeted steps. 

    In the meantime, you can try these common troubleshooting steps: 

    • Ensure Outlook is Updated: Open Outlook, click Help, then select Check for Updates to make sure you're using the latest version. 
    • Add Accounts via Windows Settings: Go to Windows Settings > Accounts > Email & accounts. From here, you can manage and manually add your email accounts. 
    • Clear Cached Credentials: In the same Email & accounts section, remove any outdated or duplicate entries for the email accounts you're trying to add. Disclaimer: Editing or removing credentials may affect other apps or services linked to your account. Please ensure you have backup access to all necessary login information before proceeding. 
    • Use Web Access Temporarily: Try logging into your email accounts via a web browser (e.g., Outlook.com) to check if the issue is specific to the Outlook app.
