We are using Outlook for Office 365 version 16.0.13801 64 bit on Windows 10 version 21H1 and seeing this notification for downloading outlook anywhere. 132524-outlookanywhere.png

I would like to suppress this message. I have followed the steps in https://learn.microsoft.com/en-US/outlook/troubleshoot/installation/how-to-remove-get-and-set-up-outlook-mobile-app-on-my-phone-option but it still appears. I found a different solution to submit a form but others have said that no longer works. Please let me know if you have any suggestions.

    Hi @WD ,

    Welcome to our forum!

According to your description, I have done research on the outlook anywhere notification "TAKE YOUR OUTLOOK ANYWHERE". It's suggested that you could try JadeLiang-MSFT's reply in this thread to turn off the option "Turn on optional connected experiences"(File>Options>Trust center>Trust center settings>Privacy option>Privacy settings>uncheck Turn on optional connected experiences) and check if there're any differences.

    Hope the above help!

It disables a ton of features. MS is incompetent.
