Hi @WHQL_AVI
I have checked your internal tickets, all regarding your hardware non-compliance issue.
Since Microsoft isn’t giving you more detail by default, the only way to narrow it down is to check both of these yourself:
- Check verification status
- Sign in to Partner Center as a Global admin / Account owner.
- Go to Settings → Account settings → Legal info / Verification (exact wording may vary).
- Look at the status for business/organization verification:
- If it’s anything like Failed, Rejected, or Action required, that’s your non‑compliance.
- If it shows Verified/Successful, grab a screenshot; that’s evidence for your appeal.
- Check “current agreements”
- In Partner Center, check:
- Account settings → Agreements, and
- The Hardware / Windows Hardware Program area for any “Agreements” or “Action required” banners.
- If you see any agreement not accepted (or something like “Review and accept”), accept it with an appropriate admin account.
- If everything is accepted, take screenshots showing:
- Agreement names
- Status = Accepted
- Date accepted (if visible)
- In Partner Center, check:
I tried doing a general search and while there isn't much information on non-compliance reasons regarding hardware program, definitely check out these documents:

Sorry I couldn’t help more with this issue. Since this is a support forum, I’ve shared the best info I can to help you find the root cause. If my answer was helpful, please mark it as the final answer.
Thanks for your time!
