Hi, I have received this fake bill, as attached, from the billing team. I just wanted to report it and ask for your help in stopping this kind of fraudulent activity. It is scary. Thank you

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We take reports of fraudulent billing activity very seriously. 

Please be assured that we will escalate this matter to the appropriate internal teams for immediate investigation. In the meantime, we recommend the following steps: 

  1. Do not respond to or engage with the sender of the fake bill. 
  2. Do not click on any links or download any attachments from the suspicious message. 
  3. If you haven’t already, please forward the original message and attachment to the private message session that I have initiated. 

 

To open your private message, please follow these steps: 

  1. In your thread, there is a banner regarding the ongoing PM

  1. Click View messages.
