Teams folders not showing in file explorer. We have tried syncing from Teams and by Onedrive to no avail. Also tried to sign out/in to help reset connection. Works for some folders but not all. Is there a way to fix?

HI, thank you for the quick response.

    • Are you using work/school or personal account? If you're using a work or school account, does this issue occur for one user or multiple users? - We are using a business account, and it is for two staff members.
    • Have you tried using the “Add shortcut to OneDrive” option from SharePoint or Teams instead of the Sync button? Yes we have tried OneDrive and Sharepoint to sync.
    • Does the Teams folder mentioned refer to a Teams chat or a Teams channel? If you upload a folder to a Teams channel, it will automatically sync with SharePoint. -It is a channel that cannot sync.
    • If could, please provide a screenshot of the issue you're experiencing so I can better assist you. Screenshot may not help, it is just an absence of link in the file explorer window.
