- Are you using work/school or personal account? If you're using a work or school account, does this issue occur for one user or multiple users?
- Have you tried using the “Add shortcut to OneDrive” option from SharePoint or Teams instead of the Sync button?
- Does the Teams folder mentioned refer to a Teams chat or a Teams channel? If you upload a folder to a Teams channel, it will automatically sync with SharePoint.
- If could, please provide a screenshot of the issue you're experiencing so I can better assist you.
