    Dear @Anna Han1 Ji

Thank you for posting your question in the Microsoft Q&A forum.

Based on your description, you asked how to pin Sticky Notes so they stay on top of other applications in the new version of Sticky Notes.

Here are few suggestions to Pin Sticky Notes on Top:

    1. Open the new Sticky Notes
      • Launch OneNote (or the Sticky Notes shortcut in Start Menu if available).
      • Access the Sticky Notes view from the top-right corner.
    2. Pop Out the Note
      • Open the note you want to keep visible.
      • Click the Pin icon (📌) on the note’s title bar.
      • Once pinned, the note will stay Always on Top of other windows.
    3. Optional: Pin the App to Taskbar
      • Right-click the Sticky Notes icon in the taskbar → Pin to taskbar for quick access.

I hope information above helpful, if I misunderstand your point, please pardon me and correct me or provide more details information as screenshot so I can support you more effective

    No, that part won't.
Click '+Note' to create a new note box and just type in something to establish the sticky.
You ahve to be in a note to get the pop-out as per my earlier images.

    Hi,
That is really strange. Maybe it's a versioning thing as I seem to be a bit more ahead.
    I'm using
    Microsoft® OneNote® for Microsoft 365 MSO (Version 2506 Build 16.0.18925.20216) 64-bit

(long shot but...) In Privacy Settings I have 'Optional Connected Experiences' turned off.

Otherwise, I have no more suggestions, sorry.

Perhaps the MS person would care to step back in.
