Hi @Thousif A Md
Thank you for contacting Microsoft Q&A.
If you're using the New Outlook for Windows and want to switch back to the Classic Outlook, here are a few ways to do it, itending on your setup and organization policies:
Option 1: Use the toggle or Help menu
If available, you can switch back directly from the app:
Open New Outlook.
In the top-right corner, look for the toggle labeled "New Outlook".
Turn it off → Outlook will restart in the Classic version.

Alternatively:
Go to Help > Go to Classic Outlook from the top menu bar.
Confirm the switch when prompted.

If you don’t see these options, your organization may have disabled the ability to switch back.
Option 2: Uninstall New Outlook and reinstall Classic Outlook
If the toggle is missing or disabled:
Go to Settings > Apps > Installed Apps.
Find Outlook and click Uninstall.

Download and install Classic Outlook from your Microsoft 365 subscription portal or use the official guidance here: Install or reinstall classic Outlook on a Windows PC - Microsoft Support
