Exporting Teams Chats with Premium Purview eDiscovery in PST to view in a PST viewer

Question

I working on exporting MS Teams chats in Purview eDiscovery Premium. I select the members I want to export and commit it to a review. When the data is downloaded, the download are the Teams chats in HTML format. How can I get the Teams Chats in PST format so I can use a PST viewer to view the data instead of in HTML format?

Before providing the accurate solution to your problem, can you provide some additional information: 

• What types of Data sources that you added to the Query? 

 

• What conditions you added to your Condition builder? 

• When you click Export, Is there any option to Create .PSTs for messages where possible? Is this the option you chose for your search? 

 

• After you Run query and Export the search case > Click Process manager > Click on you case > Scroll down to the Export packages and check if there is any .PST file including in your search?
