Dear Microsoft Support Team,
I hope this message finds you well.
In April, I activated a trial of Microsoft 365 for another program I needed at the time. Since then, I have been unable to cancel my subscription through any of the available methods, and the monthly subscription fee has continued to be deducted from my account, even though I have not been using the service.
I kindly ask for your assistance in canceling this subscription. Considering that I am a woman from the Middle East who has recently immigrated and I am still facing financial challenges, I would be sincerely grateful if the charges already deducted could be refunded to my account.
