Certificate Renew

Question

I can see my certificate in Learn profile, and when I check my certificate, it says "You are eligible to renew your certification until 25 October 2025 Validate your skills with the latest technology updates and extend your certification by a year, for free."
But when I click renew button, it says "You'll need to earn this certification before you're eligible to renew it."
Can anyone help with this? The expire date is October 2025, so I should be in the eligible window.
