Hi @Nirmul, Ashwin,
Good day! Thank you for reaching out to Microsoft Q&A forum and sharing the detail.
To see predefined variables in headers and footers (Classic Outlook), you can follow these steps:
- In Outlook, go to File > Print.
- Choose Memo Style (or whichever print style you are using).
- Click Print Options > Page Setup
- Go to the Header/Footer tab
- There should be places to set what goes in the header and footer, with buttons or drop‑downs for inserting the variables (Page #, Total Pages, Date Printed, Time Printed, User Name). If not visible, try clicking inside the header/footer box; sometimes the controls appear only when that is active: Print a message with today’s date and time added to the top or bottom of the printout.
