(Excel power query/ Sharepoint) newly added folder and file not reading.

Hi All,

I recently got power query issue while reading sharepoint data.

issue: i added new folder and saved some files but only new folder data not received while power query from excel but another folder data is received.

pdf_format1 : ok
pdf_format2 : X (not wroking)

I am member of this sharepoint and have full access. also the new folder i created.

We apologize for any inconvenience you may encounter when using our services/ products. Based on your description, kindly try these following steps: Refresh All & Clear Cache

In Excel: Data > Get Data > Data Source Settings > Clear Permissions for the SharePoint source.
Then refresh the query.

Check the Navigation Step

In Power Query, look at the step before filtering (#"前のステップ").
Confirm if the new folder appears there. If not, the issue is with SharePoint indexing or caching.

Check SharePoint Sync Delay

Sometimes it takes times for new folders/files to appear in the SharePoint API.

I have tried permission clear and other settings.
also, tried below M code still not possible to get last added folder.

Please contact your IT Admin to raise a support ticket.

Create a support ticket: from Microsoft 365 admin center> Support > New Service Request. Admin can raise support ticket from https://admin.microsoft.com/#/support/requests.

Submit a Service Request: The Global Admin should create a service request with Microsoft support to get advanced technical assistance and diagnostics. For detailed instructions on how to get support, please refer to Get support - Microsoft 365 admin.

A technical support engineer will help you through a remote session to investigate the situation, verify the backend configurations, and run any necessary synchronization tools to resolve the problem.
