    Dear @Isabelle RAULT,

Good day! Thank you for posting your question in the Microsoft Q&A forum.

We apologize for any inconvenience you may encounter when using our services/ products. Based on your description, kindly try these following steps:

    Unlock the file

    • Go to the location where the Excel workbook is saved.
    • Right-click on the file and select Properties from the menu.
    • On the General tab, if there is an "Unlock" checkbox, check it and click OK.

Add the Folder to Trusted Locations

    • Open the Office application (Excel, Word, etc.).
    • Go to File > Options > Trust Center > Trust Center Settings > Macro Settings
    • Choose "Enable all macros" or "Disable all macros with notification" to allow manual enablement. Undefined

    Add trusted location

If the file is stored on a network or shared drive:

    • Go to File > Options > Trust Center > Trusted Locations.
    • Click Add New Location and include the path to the folder where the file is stored.

    Disable Protected View

    • In Trust Center Settings, check the Protected View section and try to disable any options that may be interfering. User Image

Check your organization's IT policies (if applicable to your organization): Since you are using a business account, I recommend that you contact your organization's IT administrator to verify this. For reference: How do I find my Microsoft 365 admin? - Microsoft Support

    • Make sure that the "Block macros from running on Office files from the Internet" policy is not enabled in the Group Policy Management Console at: . User Settings\Policies\Administrative Templates\Microsoft Excel 2016 (or your version of Excel)\Excel Options\Security\Trust Center.
    • Also, there is no policy about bock macros in the Intune admin center > Apps > policies for Microsoft 365. Look for macro-related settings such as: Enable VBA macros and Block macros from running on Office files from the internet. User Image
    • Make sure that your organization's IT department hasn't enabled "Block macros from running on Office files from the Internet" for Excel in https://config.office.comMicrosoft 365 Apps admin center > Policy personalization > management. User Image

In the meantime, if the problem persists, since you use an enterprise account, we strongly recommend that you contact your IT administrator directly. You may be aware of ongoing outages or specific account issues.
