Hi Laksh Jain,
Welcome to Microsoft Q&A!
Thanks for sharing the screenshot, based on it I can see that your HP Victus laptop is showing a Code 43 error for the MediaTek Bluetooth Adapter. This usually points to a driver malfunction, hardware conflict, or corrupted system files. So here are something you should do to fix it:
1 - Basic checks:
- Power drain restart:
- Shut down your laptop completely > Unplug the charger
- Press and hold the power button for 60 seconds.
- Plug the charger back in and turn on your laptop.
- Run Bluetooth troubleshooter:
- Open Settings > System > Troubleshoot
- Click Other troubleshooters > Run Bluetooth
- Check for Windows Updates
- Go to Settings > Windows Update > Check for updates
- Still in the same page > Advanced options > Optional updates
2 - Reconfigure the Bluetooth driver:
- Open Device Manager > Bluetooth > right-click MediaTek Bluetooth Adapter
- Click Uninstall device (Check Delete the driver software for this device if prompted)
- Restart your PC to let Windows reinstall the driver automatically.
- If it doesn't, visit Official HP® Desktop Drivers and Software Download | HP® Support
- Find your laptop model (or let it detect automatically)
- Look for the Bluetooth driver and download the latest version.
- Run the installer and follow the on-screen instructions.

3 - Reset BIOS (optional)
- Restart your laptop > Press Esc or F10 during boot to enter BIOS
- Look for Reset to Default or Load Setup Defaults > Save and exit
If you have tried all the steps above and the error persists, it is possible the Bluetooth adapter itself has a physical hardware fault. Since it's integrated into the laptop's motherboard (or a Wi-Fi/Bluetooth combo card), this would require professional repair from an HP service center.
