Quick Steps in New Outlook

I want to use QUICK PARTS and can't find this option in the NEW OUTLOOK. Is there a way to activate this? If it's not available, is there a roadmap where this is planned on being added to NEW OUTLOOK? I really want to use this functionality and feel stuck as I'm unable to find the right buttons to press.

Hello,

I started using the new outlook today and I'm not able to create a new "quick step" to create a new message, that option is not showing. Did something change?

I find it frustrating that they took away the quick step of creating a new email. I have 14 people on my team and if I want to send a message to all at once, I need to enter each email. Please bring this feature back. Thanks,

According to this acritical Feature comparison between new Outlook and classic Outlook ,you may notice that the Quick Steps feature is currently marked as Partially Available. In this case, could you kindly check under Settings > Mail to see whether the Quick Steps option appears as shown in the screenshot below?

If it is visible but not functioning as expected, I would greatly appreciate it if you could follow the steps outlined below to help resolve the issue.

Please click the Layout arrow located to the left of the Copilot button, then select Simplified Ribbon.

Next, select the ellipsis (...) located to the left of the Layout option > navigate to Customize, check the box labeled Quick Steps, and then click Save to apply the changes.

I don't see the QUICK STEPS option in settings.

I selected CUSTOMISE RIBBON and the QUICK STEPS option is also not available here.

Can you suggest why I can't see what you are sharing in your screenshots?

While the QUICK STEPS option was not visible a few weeks ago, it is visible and available now and your solution worked for me. Thank you.

In this case, I recommend that you report this issue directly through the Outlook application so that our product team can review and enhance your experience.

The best way in this situation is to report this issue directly in the Outlook (Help > Feedback > Report a Problem). If others in your organization experience the same issue, I recommend submitting feedback together this helps the backend product team prioritize and investigate.

Quick Parts (different from Quick Steps) are under investigation for the new Outlook.
