    Hi @Joel Beasley
Thank you very much for posting question to Microsoft Q&A.
Please understand that our forum is a public platform, and we will modify your question to cover your organization's domain name in the description. Please note that you should hide this personal or organizational information the next time you post a bug or some information to protect personal data.

According to this issue, may I know if there are any other Global Administrators in your organization? If an organization is having more than one Global Administrator, the other one could help you to reset MFA based on this article below. After this process, you will need to re-register again MFA on your Microsoft Authenticator.
    https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/entra/identity/authentication/howto-mfa-userdevicesettings#manage-user-authentication-options
Otherwise, you are locked out from the tenant and you are also the only Global Administrator. Please consider following this article to look for Microsoft Support Team phone support: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/topic/customer-service-phone-numbers-c0389ade-5640-e588-8b0e-28de8afeb3f2
If the phone method does not work for your case, please review this thread: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/answers/questions/5565260/i-lost-acces-to-the-office-365-admin-center-becaus
You will need to subscribe to a trial account and use it to raise the ticket to Microsoft 365 Admin Center on behalf of affected tenant. Please note Data Protection team is always overwhelmed with the tickets so delayed response is expected.
I truly hope that you will have access to your account as soon as possible.
