1.If your organization only has one admin account and you're unable to regain access

1.Set up a Temporary Microsoft 365 tenant using trial license: Microsoft 365 Business Plans and Pricing
2. Raise support ticket
- Once you have created and registered a free trial, please visit Microsoft 365 Admin Center and click " Help & Support " to raise your ticket.
