I do not have the Authenticator app setup to verify my second account (which is an admin account of a client). When I sign in to that account and try to verify the login using the text message option I get this message "Sorry, we're having trouble verifying your account. Please try again" with these error details

Error Code: 399287

Request Id: REMOVE PII

Correlation Id: REMOVE PII

Timestamp: 2025-09-29T09:10:31Z

so I'm stuck in a loop of not getting logged in or getting a SMS code on my phone.

What can I do to be able to log in?
