According to your description, I understand that you are running into an issue where files created from a template in Power Automate are being assigned generic names instead of allowing your users to specify names based on the topics they want to address.

I completely understand and empathize with how inconvenient this feels the process has become quite complicated, and I know it can disrupt your Power Automate flows that rely on the file name being set at creation.
According to the current design of Teams on the web, when you create a new file from a template in Teams, the system automatically generates a default name (for example, “Book1.xlsx”) and opens the file in a browser. The previous behavior prompting users to enter a name immediately upon creation is no longer supported. I’m truly sorry for the impact this change has on your workflows.
