Hi

I am writing this message regarding the PL-300 and DP-600 certifications that I have previously earned. I obtained these certifications using the email address from my former employer, but I no longer have access to that account. I would like to use my new email address to renew and manage these certifications. I kindly request your assistance on this matter.

Due to privacy policies, it is not possible to access your certifications unless you have access to one of the email accounts associated with your Learn profile. Microsoft are unable to transfer certifications from one email account to another. This is why you are strongly encouraged to use a personal MSA account for your Learn profile.

You can try Credentials support, but I would not be hopeful.

Additionally, those certifications are over 1 year old and will have expired.
