Dear Microsoft Certification Team,

I hope this message finds you well.

I am writing to request a correction to the name listed in my Microsoft certification appointment. Currently, my name appears as SRINIVASA RAO KANISETTI in the appointment details. However, as per my official Indian government ID, my legal name is KANISETTI SRINIVASA RAO.

To ensure consistency with my identification documents and avoid any issues during the exam, I kindly request that my name be updated to reflect the correct legal format: KANISETTI SRINIVASA RAO.

Please let me know if any additional documentation is required to process this request. I appreciate your assistance and look forward to your confirmation.
