MS Teams subscription issues

Hi there,

I recently purchased the MS Teams as an alternative to Zoom (Blunder of life lol)...
I thought it will be smooth, so I bought the 1 year package (Blunder no 2 lol)

After buying the subscription, I cannot even sign in to my admin center. My Ms Teams is installed but I cannot use because I am failing to login.

What did I try?

  1. Called all the phone numbers - All of them are BOT enabled. Cant get a human to speak and resolve the issues
  2. Tried cancelling the subscription - Takes me to the login failure loop
  3. Used several links to log the issues - Every time I get articles to read which is always absolute useless.
  4. Spoke with BOT - BOT gave all those crazy link by constantly pretending that its a human lol

Does anyone have any other solution?

I would appreciate the help from the bottom of my heart.

1.Did you purchase Microsoft Teams Essentials or a Microsoft 365 Business plan? 

Please confirm the exact subscription type you bought. 

2.During the purchase process, were you asked to create or provided with an account ending in onmicrosoft.com? 

3.What is the email address you are using to sign in to the Admin Center? 

4.Could you please share a screenshot of the error message you receive when trying to sign in?

    Any update please? My trial period is ending on Nov 12 and I have not even tested if it is going to work for my business domain or not.

    Hello Tina,

    I am not able to find the 'View Message' button despite refreshing this page. I received an email to my official ID that I had used while buying MS Teams. But it is a generic message. Do you want me to respond to that email? Kindly advise.
