    Hi @Abigail Lundall

Thank you for posting your question in the Microsoft Q&A forum!

Regarding that you want to cancel your subscription. I’d like to ask a few quick questions to better understand the situation and assist you more effectively:

Can you clarify whether you are using a personal account or a business account?

What type of subscription did you purchase? If possible, could you share a screenshot of your subscription page?

Go to My account and take a screenshot of the subscription (Feel free to hide any privacy information)
    User's image

Where did you purchase the subscription, directly from Microsoft or through a partner/reseller?

If you purchased through a partner or reseller, please contact them directly for support with cancellation and refund requests, as their process may differ from Microsoft’s.

If you purchased directly from Microsoft, please provide the details mentioned above so I can guide you with the most accurate solution.

In the meantime, you may find these articles helpful: Cancel your Microsoft subscription - Microsoft Support  How to get a refund on a Microsoft subscription - Microsoft Support

Please understand that as forum moderators, we do not have access to user billing systems or the ability to process refunds. For your security, only Microsoft Support can assist with these requests.

Thank you again for your time and understanding. While my initial response may not resolve the issue immediately, I’d like to gather more details about your situation so I can assist you more effectively.

I really appreciate your patience, and I’m here to help. Looking forward to your response!
