CTRL + SHIFT + A,

Used to be work. Now no longer work.
Additional settings-related features and issues within Microsoft Teams for business
Window 11, shortcut key for CTRL + Shift + C not working.
I have tested all alphabet, they all works except A, B, C, D, E.

If you have tried to change another keyboard but still cannot resolve the issue.
Try to check Driver / corruption edge cases
If none of the above helps:
sfc /scannow
DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth
Run in an elevated Command Prompt (Admin), reboot, test again.
If you are using third-party app as PowerToys, AutoHotkey, Logitech G Hub, Corsair iCUE, Razer Synapse, AMD Adrenalin, NVIDIA GeForce Experience, or Screen capture tools often bind Ctrl+Shift+letter. Try to turn them off and check the issue still persists or not

i have done all the suggested solution, it does not work at all.
using bluetooth keyboard and keyboard built in laptop. Both are not working.
