Using New Outlook on Windows for professional communication and productivity
Dear @Nelson Sue,
Thank you for posting your question in the Microsoft Q&A forum.
I understand how inconvenient it must be not to find the Manage Add-ins option in the new Outlook interface.
Microsoft has redesigned the layout in the New Outlook, and the traditional path via File > Manage Add-ins is no longer available. However, you can still manage your add-ins by following these updated steps:
Open the New Outlook, either through the desktop app or the web version.
On the left sidebar, click the “Apps” icon, then select “Add apps”.
At the bottom of the Apps pane, click “Manage your apps”.
This will open the Add-ins management page.
Locate the add-in you want to remove.
Click the three-dot icon (...) next to the add-in, then choose “Remove”.
- To reinstall the app:
You can either click Get more apps or select the Apps icon on the sidebar to browse and add it again.
Note: For easier access when reinstalling, it’s helpful to save the name of the add-in and use it to search directly.
