Access to Microsoft Excel 2019 Associate

Hello,

In 2023 while I was in high school I earned the Excel 2019 Associate certificate. I want to add it to my LinkedIn profile, but I can't find it, I've tried signing with different emails and I still can't. In the email confirming that I've earned the certificate I have been given a Microsoft ID and a temporary access code, but I don't understand where I am supposed to fill them in. How can I access my certificate?
