I need to integrate multiple calendars into 1

We currently operate with 3 main calendars for our different offices that used to be different companies but now are apart of 1 - how do I create a new calendar or combine all the current ones to have 1 calendar with all information from 3 warehouses

I saw that you posted your question for Teams under the Business category so to better support you, could you please confirm whether you're using a Home account (e.g., Gmail, Hotmail) or a Business (typically associated with a domain name like your company) account?
Are all three existing calendars currently in Outlook, Teams, or a mix of platforms?
Do you want the unified calendar to be in Outlook (shared mailbox calendar) or Microsoft Teams (channel calendar)?
How many people need to see and/or edit this new combined calendar?
Will the new calendar be for viewing only, or editing?

How many people need to see and/or edit this new combined calendar? The sales team would need to be able to view and edit to add appointments, meetings vacation etc.

Will the new calendar be for viewing only, or editing? Editing

Thank you for your response.

I haven’t tested whether merging is possible yet, but here are some steps you can try in the meantime.

In Outlook (desktop or web), create a new shared calendar specifically for your team.

Share the calendar with your team members or directly with the Teams channel email.

In Microsoft Teams, go to the relevant Team channel, click the "+" icon to add a new tab.

Select the "Website" tab and paste the URL of the shared Outlook calendar to embed it in the Teams channel.

Members can then add this shared calendar to their personal Outlook calendars by accepting the sharing invitation, ensuring all events sync across personal and shared calendars.

How many people need to see and/or edit this new combined calendar? The whole sales team 15-25 ppl
Will the new calendar be for viewing only, or editing? Both viewing and editiing
