Why do I need to click 10 times just to open an app in Windows 11 when it should take one click?! 😡 Everything is hidden in menus, nothing works the way it used to, and it feels like the OS is designed to make simple tasks impossible. Microsoft, stop overcomplicating everything — we just want to use our computer, not play hide-and-seek with every function!

    Hello Christian,

Good day to you and thanks for your post in Microsoft Q&A. I'm sorry for the inconvenience you've encountered. To better assist you, could you please provide more details such as:

    • Your issue occurs when you start to use Windows 11 or in recent versions?
    • When you click 10 times, does it open multiple windows of that application?
    • You said everything is hidden in Menus, would you mind sharing me a screenshot of it?

Based on your description I would like to give you some tips that you can consider:

    • Restart your devices and try to open the application again.
    • Check by right click the application, choose open. Does the issue occur?
    • Open the PowerShell and run sfc /scannow to scan if there is problem, it can find and solve it for you.
    • If your version is not the latest version, please update it. If not, you can roll back the previous version to check.

Once again, I sincerely apologize for the unpleasant experience. Wishing you a wonderful day.
