When I start the pc It loads to desktop & then kicks me to a black screen that says, Your device ran into a problem and needs to restart with this on the bottom EXCEPTIONNOT_HANDLED(0x7E Whatfalled:Netwaw10sys. It does that 2 times & then takes me to bitlocker page where I can't use the keyboard. I have the key. Mouse works. Have tried disabling Fast Boot. When I Shut Secure Boot off the keyboard works on bitlocker screen but won't let me get to desktop because secure boot is off. Also have tried a wired usb Keyboard on all ports. Legacy usb is enabled in bios. No on screen keyboard available. Startup Repair, uninstall updates & system restore all fail & can't get to command prompt thru advanced options. When I select skip this drive, advanced options, Startup up settings. It'll restart & say it can't until I put my key in & it will let me enter it & load to the startup options. Took 1 of the to rams out at a time to see if that would do anything. Went into desktop with safe mode had a black screen but was able to pull up explorer & was browsing thru downloads, pictures ect. I've put Windows 11 Installation Media on a flash drive & was finally able to uninstalled quality updates. It was unable to uninstall feature updates & startup repair didn't work. It ask for recovery key & I'm able to enter it. Can load to command prompt now with the flash drive. No matter what I try I'm stuck at the bitlocker screen & I can't enter the key. Lets me on the other screens trying to get somewhere.
