    Regarding this matter, please kindly contact Customer service phone numbers (scroll down for Business users) and let them know about this change so that they could assist in changing/updating it for your company accordingly.

    Please note that as forum moderators, we don’t have direct access to your billing systems or the ability to update tax information on your behalf. Because of this, we’re unable to make changes to your records or verify the updated details directly.

    Therefore, please kindly call the customer service phone number to get your tax/billing information updated.

    (Note: Sometimes you would hear the computer-generated voice at first, please kindly wait for it to end, and if an agent is available, you would be directed to them and get your support. During peak hours, there might be high call volumes, so we kindly ask for your patience as we work to assist everyone as quickly as possible)
