Double-Billed

I was double billed for my Office 365. Once on Sept 26, which I paid on Oct 1. The second time was yesterday 10/24 and it got paid again. That's not good. I would like a refund of one of my payments.

Thank you for contacting us. We apologize that you were charged twice. In this case, we recommend that you contact Microsoft’s Billing department to obtain information about the refund.

I see that you are using a business account, so please follow these steps:

Step 1: Go to https://admin.microsoft.com

Step 2: Click on Help and Support

Step 3: Enter the title Double billed, need refund, then click the blue arrow and select Contact Support

Step 4: Choose your preferred contact method (email or phone) and provide the required information

After completing these steps, a support representative will contact you directly using the method you selected and assist you in resolving the issue.
