Thank you for contacting us. We apologize that you were charged twice. In this case, we recommend that you contact Microsoft’s Billing department to obtain information about the refund.
I see that you are using a business account, so please follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to https://admin.microsoft.com
Step 2: Click on Help and Support
Step 3: Enter the title Double billed, need refund, then click the blue arrow and select Contact Support
Step 4: Choose your preferred contact method (email or phone) and provide the required information
After completing these steps, a support representative will contact you directly using the method you selected and assist you in resolving the issue.
