Question

Hello, I joined the Microsoft 365 Developer Program from Bosnia and Herzegovina, but I cannot set up an E5 sandbox. Could you please enable a developer tenant for my account? I am learning Power BI and would like to use it for educational and development purposes. Thank you, Remove PII

Thank you for posting your question in the Microsoft Q&A forum. 

Microsoft has updated the eligibility requirements for the Microsoft 365 Developer Program. Free E5 developer tenants are no longer guaranteed for all users and are currently prioritized for Visual Studio Professional or Enterprise standard subscribers and certain partner programs.

As a forum moderator, we do not have access to the internal systems required to investigate individual account issues due to privacy and security constraints. Please review the Microsoft 365 Developer Program FAQ, which provides detailed eligibility criteria and helpful guidance.  

You may consider these alternative options: 
-Microsoft 365 Business Standard (30-day free trial) Try or buy a Microsoft 365 for business subscription | Microsoft Learn. 
-Power Apps Developer Plan (Free) https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/power-platform/products/power-apps/.
