E5 sandbox

Question

Hello,

I joined the Microsoft 365 Developer Program from Bosnia and Herzegovina, but I cannot set up an E5 sandbox.

When I try to select the United States as the country, it requires a phone number from the US, which I do not have.

Could you please manually enable a developer tenant (E5 sandbox) for my account so that I can use it for learning Power BI?

We understand how important it is for you to set up an E5 Developer sandbox to learn Power BI. However, Microsoft has updated the eligibility requirements for the Microsoft 365 Developer Program. Free E5 developer tenants are no longer guaranteed for all users and are currently prioritized for Visual Studio Professional or Enterprise standard subscribers and certain partner programs. We recommend reviewing the Microsoft 365 Developer Program FAQ, which outlines key requirements and helpful guidance. 

Please note that, as forum moderators, we do not have access to Microsoft’s internal systems to review individual accounts or manually activate licenses due to privacy and security constraints.  

You might consider the following alternative options: 

-Microsoft 365 Business Standard (30-day free trial) Try or buy a Microsoft 365 for business subscription | Microsoft Learn.  

-Power Apps Developer Plan (Free) Microsoft Power Apps – Build Apps with AI | Microsoft.
