I understand that you're trying to increase the public IP address quota from 30 to 50 for your AKS workloads in the East US 2 region.
Follow these steps to request a networking quota increase from Azure Home. You must have an Azure account with the Contributor role (or another role that includes Contributor access).
Step 1: Open the Azure portal, type “Quota” in the search bar, and then select the Networking option from the results.
Step 2: Go to My Quota, select Public IP Address, and then click Request Adjustment (highlighted in the red box below).
Steps 3: Enter all mandatory information in both the Additional Details and Quota Details sections as shown below.
Step 4: Please validate all the information and click on create. It will create a request
