Hey so we are having this EXACT same issue since the new update rolled out. We have found if we turn off the internet, go all the way into bedrock, then turn it back on once in it will load our profile. You have to do it every time, though. Or another work around that seems to work is to go in, then toggle off wifi and toggle it back on and it seems to load. Hope this can help you!

2025-11-04T16:57:16.82+00:00 Sorry, put this in a comment as well. Executing this repair tool as the impacted user fixed my issue. Not sure if executing as one user fixes everyone. This is a relatively recent change made by the Microsoft/Mojang team. Before approximately 11/4/2025 nothing fixed the issue.

2025-11-01T12:17:35.0166667+00:00 I had this exact problem ever since the 1.21.120 upgrade, causing a lot of frustration for my daughter who I play with.
Today, I changed the region on my Microsoft account - I live in an autonomous region part of another country but available in the country list for Microsoft accounts (like Greenland is part of Denmark). So I changed the region to the country of which my region is a part and when I started Minecraft today I was able to login again properly.
I'm not sure if this was what fixed the issue or if Microsoft/Mojang fixed something on their end since yesterday but this solved the issue for me.

2025-11-04T18:20:31.3866667+00:00 Look for the comment about the GamingRepairTool.exe fix from Scott Person. That resolved our problem without requiring the workaround, plus fixed annoying repeated "asks" for "what account to use" that had been appearing. Microsoft support emails for the issue have looked like they are generated by AI and weren't any help. Thanks to the user who posted that.
MS Support: pass this on to people please.
