Here are some steps that you can kindly follow:
- Check files in local:
- Open File Explore and look for your folders in Documents, Desktop,..
- Use the search bar to look for the file's name
- Check OneDrive:
- Sign into OneDrive or your organization's SharePoint.
- Look under My files or Shared.
- If files were deleted, check the Recycle Bin and restore them.
- Recover older versions:
- For cloud files: right-click the file > Version history.
- For local files: right-click the file > Properties > previous Versions.
