Hello

I cannot log in because it asked me the code from Microsoft authenticator.

I dont have that. I got the code via alternative email, then it still ask to verify by phone, I did, then it asks me to give the code from Microsoft Authenticator app.

I dont set up that yet. Now how can I access. Please open the access for me to my account:

    It appears you're currently unable to log in due to a prompt for a Microsoft Authenticator code, which you haven't set up yet. I understand how inconvenient this can be, and I’d like to help guide you through the next steps to resolve it. 

    To assist you better, could you please clarify the following: 

    1. Have you previously set up the Microsoft Authenticator app on any device for this account, or is this your first time trying to sign in?   
    2. Are you the IT administrator for your organization, or are you an end user? 
    3. If you're not the admin, do you know if your organization has another administrator who may be able to reset or adjust your authentication settings? 

    Once I have this information, I’ll be able to guide you on the most suitable next steps.
