Changing message display

Hello,

We want to change how email messages are displayed (please see two screenshots attached). I think it is the classic and not new format?

We do not the ribbon at the top of the message pane that displays the exclamation point, word subject, etc. and we want to go back to the sender, the subject, etc. in a concise display.

How do we make both changes?

Outlook | Windows | Classic Outlook for Windows | For business

    Based on your description, to change your message view, I would recommend trying the below steps: 

    1. In the message, click View on the ribbon

    1. Switch to compact.
